If you're looking for luxury travel advice, I cannot provide personal accounts, as I have not had the opportunity to travel in luxury. However, even if you have the funds, the only real expense I would personally fork out would be guided or adventure activities. Things like taking a kayak tour in the Alaskan oceans for a chance to see whales and other wildlife up close or skydiving from the highest possible point in New Zealand to feel a real rush.
